I'm the Haruka and the Michiru is 
This is a sailor moon artbook inspired costume worn at Minamicon 17. Sadly I forgot the actual collars I made, so we made do with ones we found in a party shop.
Either way this was fun and everyone knew who we were
One day we will make it properly into the artbook image. But primark need to bring back size 7 white pumps T^T
